Thank you for a great trip to China! We have shared photos and stories with family and friends and hope to be able to return some day.

1 - All the meals that were provided were planned carefully and food and service were great. Our two tour guides Li and Tracy were very helpful in assisting us with choices and explaining the different menus.

2 - Both of our guides, Li in Beijing and Tracy in Xian were wonderful. They were prompt, courteous, very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They both spoke English very well and we had no trouble with the language during our entire trip.

3 - The cars were very clean and comfortable. The drivers were friendly and drove with much expertise.

We understand that this was a relatively new position for Li and she did an excellent job. She asked us if there was anything special we would like to see or do and she tried to accommodate our requests with our schedule. She will be a great asset to your company.

Tracy was more experienced and very knowledgeable. She had a great personality and she enjoys her job very much.

We did check out the testimonials prior to making our arrangements and exchanged a few emails and it added some sense of comfort to us before making this long trip and commitment.

Our 16 day China tour was absolutely fantastic because of the wonderful care from ChinaTour360! How lucky we were to have stumbled across your company on the internet. We made our decision to go with your company because of all the testimonials from your former clients.

We would like to add some of our own comments to let you know how pleased we were and to, perhaps, help someone else make a decision that they will never regret.

We arrived in Beijing and Nancy was waiting for us after we picked up our luggage. We were a bit nervous as we did not know how our tour would begin and if someone would be there! She was such a friendly, fun person filled with information and doing whatever she could do make us comfortable. We loved everything in Beijing but going to the Great Wall of China was the highlight. We took the chair lift to the wall and we all to baggoned down.

In Xian, Linda, was our guide and we all enjoyed her very, very much. It was sad when we had to say good-bye to her. Suzzi in Shanghai was another wonderful guide. We had so much fun doing all the tours with her. Ah, Jessica, in Guilin was so fantastic, fun, and had a wonderful personality...we miss all of them and think of them often. I just wanted to let you know how these wonderful, knowledgable guides helped to make our trip so very memorable. Of course, the travel itinerary you planned for us was outstanding! We could not have had such an amazing trip without it.

We have to mention all the wonderful drivers connected with our guides. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and cool...with water always available. The cars were always clean, cool and waiting whenever we needed them.

The food was always delicious and more than we could ever eat. We never went hungry and our guides went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the meals. We were very pleased with the meal in Xian at the hotel as it was a nice break to have Western food for dinner. I think your choices were excellent.

The only thing that concerns us is that we have been thoroughly spoiled by the care and service we received from ChinaTour360. Chosing your company was the best decision and it made our trip to China so incredible!!

We had a phenomenal China trip. The tour exceeded all of our expectations. Our tour guide, Juliet Yu, was waiting for us on the platform when we arrived so we had no worries about trying to find her in a crowd of people. She is, perhaps, the best guide I've had since coming to Asia. She possessed extensive knowledge and was able to provide an incredible amount of detail not only about the places we visited but about the country and history. We learned more in the four days than we had in the previous eight months of living here in China. We also appreciated NOT being taken to many different factories and shops. As we live here, we can access most of those in Guangzhou. She selected a factory that was unique to the north and made sure we were willing to go as we had previous expressed our unwillingness to be taken to places like that. She made an excellent decision as we found the cloisonne factory to be fascinating. We also appreciate her honesty when it came to pricing. Many of our group were shoppers and she was very helpful in giving fair price ranges. It made our shopping experiences all the more enjoyable.

The sights we visited were spectacular. It was wonderful having a chance to see historical Chinese places as so many of them have been destroyed here in the south. The Great Wall at Mutianyu was just as it is pictured in books and movies. It's truly an awe-inspiring place.

The hotel we stayed in was first rate. The rooms were spacious, clean, well-lit, and very, very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The vast array of food selections--both Chinese and Western--ensured that everyone in our group was able to eat something. The meals included on the tour were great. There was so much food, it was impossible to eat it all. There was also an excellent mix of dishes so we were able to try a variety of traditional foods. One recommendation I would make about the food is for the a la carte meal. We had a great deal of difficulty choosing foods and some of the foods were not what we had expected. For us, it would have been easier had the meal been pre-selected. We ended up ordering far too much food and then wasting it. But, the food was still very delicious.

All in all, everyone in our group was thrilled with the tour. The only complaints we had were regarding the crush of people at a couple of the sights and that certainly wasn't anything you could control and the location of the hotel. For us, we would have prefered a hotel a little closer to the subway station. However, as I said, this is a minor issue. We had no real trouble getting around, it's just something you might want to consider for future tours. Some groups might not have found it to be a concern. But, as I said, that is a very minor, minor issue.

Overall, we would rate our tour to be excellent. I'd give it five stars. We were kept informed about any changes and given reasons for them. In many cases, changes were discussed before being made. Our guide spoke excellent English and possessed a vast amount of knowledge. As teachers, we had a tendency to ask many questions and she was able to answer most of them. the food was first class as was the hotel. The tour made the best use of our time in Beijing. We were able to see many different sight within a short period of time. I would definitely recommend ChinaTour360 to other people.

I would like to tell you that we had a wonderful time on the tour and would not hesitate to recommend ChinaTour360 to anyone.

The guides were all outstanding. They were all knowledgeable and very helpful. We especially enjoyed Jason and Casandra. Jason for his great sense of humor and his singing voice and Casandra for her bubbly personality. She is really a 21st century woman.

The food was terrific. I enjoy Chinese food and what we had on the tour was excellent and different than what I can get in the USA. The hotels were the best I have stayed in.

The buses were well cared for and the drivers very good.

My personal favorite place was the bicycle trip in Guilin. I enjoy getting into the country side and meeting the people.

Again, I cannot compliment your guides enough. They were all good, hospitable, and very helpful.

As a side comment, I think I would have liked a little more free time to be able to wander in the city and country side. I do not know where it can be squeezed in since i would not want to give up any of the sights or the outstanding shows.

Beth & I had a wonderful visit to your country and your service is one of the main reasons why. We certainly will recommend ChinaTour360 to any of our friends.

The food and restaurants were all good with one exception. Our first morning in Taiuan was a little disappointing. The food and the restauranct were just adequate, not really up to the quality of the rest of the restaurants that you had us eat at. The best meal was the first day in PingYao for lunch. Can't say enough about the food and the service.

Mr. Dobbin Du was a most excellent guide. He went above what we expected to satisfy any needs we had and he is just a wonderful person and a great asset to your staff. Please let him know how much we appreciated everything he did for us. I hope all your guides are as excellent as him. Ms. Yang Qingyue in PingYao was also excellent.

We were satisfied with both drivers we had although we would have liked to have had seatbelts in the car down in PingYao.

Again I can not tell you how much we appreciated all that your staff has done for us and that includes the office staff that responded to our e-mails and rearranged things when our flight over to China didn't exactly work out as planned. ChinaTour360 have a fine organization.

I am so sorry for the delay in replying, but it has been straight back to work and a busy schedule! Please feel free to use the comments below and attached photos in any way you seem fit.

Sue (my wife) and enjoyed our trip very much. It was a pleasure for me to show her China so she could understand my liking for the country. I also enjoyed revisiting many familiar places ( it's amazing how you see things from a different perspective second time around) and visiting many new ones.

Our guides in each city were great. Thanks to Carole & Elaine (Shanghai), Nancy (Beijing), Wu Xiansheng (Xi'an), Scarlett (Guilin/Yangshuo), for a job well done. You are all knowlegable, friendly, reliable, punctual, kind, and you even helped my with my Hanyu practice! The water was appreciated too. Thanks too for the aid and assistance of the various drivers. Xiexie nin!

The food was good (isn't it always?) and all the hotels we stayed in were great.

I will be back in China next year to work again and will certainly use you excellent company in the future when I travel on holidays. I recommend ChinaTour360 to everybody who has the wish and desire to see the beautiful and unique country of China.

As a little aside:
As Australians we were a bit disappointed to be placed in a hotel (a good one mind! - Hotel Bravo, Guilin) that had adopted the American tradition (habit) of tipping. That tips are expected to be given, is culturally un-Australian. Many Australian people would refuse to tip unless some person had performed 'above & beyond' what would be their normal job requirements. It is a shame to see that habit permeating Chinese culture!
